I met Kalpana Mam first time in year 2009 when she got responsibility to mentor young software professionals like me to improve their soft skills. It was really a 180 degree change for a person like me who studied in Hindi medium schools till 12th class. Her workshops were highly interesting & helped me to crack CAT 2012 and due to her efforts and guidance I was selected in IIM Bangalore. As a person she is very kind and helpful, that’s the reason all mentees of Kalpana Mam respect her a lot.
